Client Touchpoints
We are here to make building and remodeling feel exciting, not overwhelming. We guide you through every step with intentional touchpoints designed to keep you informed, involved, and confident. Our process has many moving parts. These are the points at which you are involved in the whole design-build process.
Initial Contact
First, you call, email, or visit, and we take the time to understand your goals and answer your questions. You’ll know who your main point of contact is and what the next steps will be.
Discovery Meeting
We meet to explore your ideas, review your space, and discuss your vision and budget. This is your chance to share your priorities, ask questions, and see how our team works with care and expertise.
Design Agreement Proposal
Once our team has a clear understanding of your project, we prepare a thoughtful Design Agreement Proposal outlining the next steps and the scope of our design services.
Initial Design Presentation
We translate your ideas into clear design concepts supported by a preliminary budget. In our first design meeting, we review, refine, and make thoughtful adjustments so the plan moves forward with confidence.
Design Revision Presentation
Design is a process of refinement. After reviewing the initial concepts together, we made adjustments based on your input. Each revision brings greater clarity, precision, and confidence, ensuring the design is both beautiful and buildable.
Selections Presentation
At your selections presentation, we review the finishes and materials that will define your space. We ensure every choice aligns with the design, the budget, and your personal style before moving forward.
Final Design Presentation
With all revisions and selections thoughtfully refined, we present your finalized design. Every detail has been carefully considered, aligned with your vision, and prepared for construction. This presentation confirms that the plan is complete, cohesive, and ready for the next chapter.
Construction Contract Signing Day
Your design and selections have been thoughtfully finalized and approved. Once the Construction Agreement is signed, we will begin preparing to bring your vision to life.
Pre-Construction Meeting
Before construction begins, you meet your dedicated Project Manager. Final plans, selections, and schedules are confirmed, giving you clarity and confidence that everything is ready to go.
Construction Updates
Throughout construction, we keep you informed at regular intervals. For larger projects, updates happen weekly; for smaller projects, we provide key milestone check-ins. Questions and adjustments are handled promptly so you can relax and enjoy the process.
Final Construction Walkthrough
When your project is finished, we guide you through a detailed walkthrough to ensure every detail meets your expectations.
