Project Highlight: Creating Comfort
Each project offers unique learning experiences, and occasionally, a client and project come along that truly resonates on a deeper level. In this case, we are renovating the basement to create a comfortable living space for the homeowners’ grandparents. This project is especially meaningful as it not only enhances the home but also provides a supportive environment for the family to care for their loved ones. The basement is being transformed into a functional and inviting living space with a separate lower entry, complete with two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable dining and lounging area. This design ensures a self-sufficient and welcoming environment where the grandparents can enjoy both independence and comfort.

We’re dedicated to listening closely to our clients’ needs and ensuring that each request, no matter how small, is met with care and precision to create a truly personalized experience. Our customer requested that two blue marbles be placed in the concrete of their new garage; we made sure it was done perfectly. Special thanks to Shane Marheine for ensuring the marbles were placed just right. It’s the little things that make every project truly unique! This project involves constructing a brand-new garage for the homeowners, designed to complement the style and functionality of the property. Once the new garage is completed, we will convert the existing attached garage into a spacious master suite.
Meet The Newest Additions To The Carey Crew!
We’re excited to welcome some fresh faces to the Carey family! Ben joins us as our newest carpenter, but his journey won’t stop there. With plans to shadow our project manager and salesperson, Ben is on track to become a versatile powerhouse, stepping in wherever he’s needed.
Meanwhile, Garrett, another talented carpenter, is carrying on a family legacy-his father worked with Carey over a decade ago! We’re thrilled to have the next generation on board, continuing that tradition of excellence.
Mickayla has embraced her new role as a designer, making history as Carey’s first-ever remote team member. Hailing all the way from North Carolina, she’s already making an impact on our design process and team.
